Setting up your team

1. Create account 

Once you have downloaded the app, open it and use your email to create a Hive-X account. This will be used to sign in and access your projects

2. Create or Join Team

Create a new team and invite team members using a unique code or join an existing team by typing in the unique code

3. Manage Team

Promote team members to team leaders to give them permissions to manage project without restrictions. The team creator can demote team leaders back to regular members. 
Check the permissions section to view the detailed permissions of each role.
 

4. Create & Manage Projects 

Create multiple projects, add project details and add variations,  photos, videos, site plans, documents, notes and more to share with your team.
Keep everyone up to date with a live timeline 
Add the client contact details for the team to have access to.

5. Project Calendar

Keep the team up to date with a detailed job calendar with all your teams upcoming projects. 

6. Invite Client

Invite the client to your project where they will have a unique 'view only' version of the project so they can be kept up to date with the timeline, photos, notes and more without making changes. They will have the ability to add notes

7. Download Finished Project

Finished a project? Edit project and select complete project, then click the Download Package button. This downloads a ZIP Folder with a full summary of the whole project including a finished timeline with dates, an overview of variations, issues and notes. The package also includes all the projects photos, videos and documents in a seperate folder. Store this file on your phone or computer for safe keeping. You can then remove the project from your Hive if you wish.

8. Profile

Navigate to profile where you can access your notification settings, leave a team and manage subscriptions. On this page you can also access the help and FAQ, Contact Us, terms of service and privacy policy.
